Ryan had already started outlining a plan to consolidate the email systems so everyone ends up with a single mailbox, with old addresses continuing to work in the background. He’s been pulled into a few higher-priority issues, so I’m stepping in to review what’s already been gathered and help move this forward without things continuing to sit on the back burner. In the meantime, the reason everyone is checking two email accounts is simply because there are still two Microsoft 365 environments active. Once consolidation is completed, that should go away.
