Recommended use of Outlook rules and mailbox cleanup practices to help reduce mailbox size over time. Also investigated Adobe sign-in issue and confirmed application functionality after signing the user back into their Adobe account. Reviewed Microsoft OneDrive sync status and initiated synchronization process.
